Shipping & returns

All orders include free tracked shipping. Preparation takes 1–3 business days for standard pieces and 7–10 business days for personalised pieces. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–15 business days to Spain and Europe, and 10–20 business days to the United States and other available destinations.

Eligible non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearly personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, but your statutory rights always apply if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
