Returns

Eligible items may be returned within the return window shown in our store policies, provided they are unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging when applicable.

Personalised items

Custom, engraved, name or initial jewellery is made especially for you. For that reason, personalised pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it.

Exchanges

Where possible, we can help you with an exchange or replacement depending on stock, item type and order status.
