What is Corenia?
Corenia is a jewellery brand inspired by Mediterranean light, personal details and everyday pieces that feel special.
Do you offer personalised jewellery?
Yes. Selected pieces can include names, initials, engraving or a photo. Enter and review your custom details carefully because production begins from the information submitted with your order.
How long does processing take?
Standard products are normally prepared in 1–3 business days. Personalised products normally require 7–10 business days before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days to Spain and Europe and 10–20 business days to the United States and other destinations available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All available destinations receive free tracked shipping.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed when it becomes available. Orders may arrive in separate parcels because we work with multiple fulfilment partners and carriers.
Can I return an order?
Eligible non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged when you contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. The customer pays change-of-mind return shipping.
Can I return personalised jewellery?
Clearly personalised products cannot be returned because you changed your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your statutory rights still apply.
Do moissanite pieces include a certificate?
No. Corenia moissanite pieces do not include an independent gemstone certificate unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
What legal guarantee applies?
For consumer goods sold in Spain, the legal guarantee period for a lack of conformity is three years from delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as agreed, email support@corenia.com so we can provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
